By using Come Sports, you agree to be bound by these terms of service.
Eligibility requires: (1) you are 18 years or older, (2) you are a resident of India, (3) you reside in a state where paid fantasy sports contests are legal (28 states), (4) you have a valid mobile number and email address, (5) you have not been previously banned from the platform.
Come Sports reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time, and the verification is the input that drives the compliance.
You must register with a valid mobile number and verify via OTP. Each player is allowed only one account, and the one-account rule is enforced at the system level.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Two-factor authentication is recommended for all accounts, and the 2FA is the right input for the enhanced account security.
All contests are skill-based fantasy sports contests, and the skill is the input that drives the legal compliance with Indian regulations on fantasy sports.
The scoring system is publicly documented in the app’s help centre under Scoring Rules.
Contest entry is final once the contest deadline has passed, and the finality is the input that drives the contest integrity.
Deposits can be made via UPI, bank transfer, Paytm, or debit/credit card. The minimum deposit is Rs 100, and the maximum deposit is Rs 1 lakh per transaction.
Withdrawals are processed within 2 minutes during business hours and 5-30 minutes outside business hours. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 100, and the maximum withdrawal is Rs 5 lakh per transaction.
TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) applies to net winnings above Rs 10,000 in a financial year, at a rate of 30%.
KYC verification is required for cumulative deposits above Rs 10,000 or withdrawals above Rs 50,000. The KYC documents required are: PAN card, Aadhaar card, and a recent photo.
KYC verification is processed within 48 hours of document submission.
Come Sports may request additional KYC documents at any time, and the request is the input that drives the enhanced due diligence.
The following activities are prohibited: (1) creating multiple accounts, (2) using automated tools or bots, (3) colluding with other players, (4) exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities, (5) money laundering, (6) any illegal activity.
Come Sports uses automated detection systems to identify prohibited activities, and the detection is the input that drives the rapid response.
Players found to be engaged in prohibited activities will have their accounts suspended and their balances forfeited.
Disputes are first addressed through the customer support channels. If the dispute is not resolved through support, the dispute can be escalated through the bank’s dispute resolution mechanism or the consumer court.
These terms of service are governed by the laws of India, and the governing law is the input that drives the legal compliance.
Come Sports may update these terms of service from time to time, and the update will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
