Wicketkeepers have a unique role in Come Sports’s scoring system, with bonus points for stumpings (12 points) and catches (8 points) that specialist fielders don’t get. The best wicketkeepers for fantasy are those who bat in the top 6 and keep wicket regularly.
The 1-4 wicketkeeper role constraint in Come Sports’s team selection means you can pick up to 4 wicketkeepers in your team of 11, but the optimal is usually 1-2.
The wicketkeeper’s points are usually 80-120 per match, with the best keepers reaching 150+ on good days. The points are split roughly 60% batting, 30% keeping bonuses, 10% fielding.
Player injuries are the single biggest fantasy-impact news event, with the potential to swing a leaderboard by 50-100 points. A confirmed injury to a top-order batsman means his replacement becomes a value pick; a confirmed injury to a strike bowler means the opposition batsmen get a captain pick boost.
The right response to an injury is to use a transfer (in multi-day tournaments) or to make a 1-swap adjustment (in single-match contests). The transfer or swap should be based on the replacement player’s expected points, not on the replacement player’s fame.
Speculative injury news (rumours, “likely to be rested”) should be ignored until confirmed. Come Sports’s news desk only publishes confirmed injury updates, and the desk’s fantasy impact score for an unconfirmed rumour is below 50.
Come Sports uses a transparent, publicly-documented scoring system so you always know exactly why your rank moved up or down. The base scoring for batsmen awards 1 point per run, with bonuses of 4 points for hitting a boundary, 6 points for hitting a six, 8 points for reaching a fifty, and 16 points for reaching a century.
Bowlers earn 25 points per wicket, with bonuses for bowled (8 extra), LBW (8 extra), clean bowling in powerplay (4 extra), maiden overs (4 extra), and hat-tricks (16 extra). Economy rate bonuses reward bowlers who go for under 6 runs per over in T20s.
Come Sports scoring engine also incorporates milestone bonuses that can single-handedly swing your rank — a player scoring a century earns 16 bonus points on top of their run points, a 5-wicket haul earns 16 bonus points, and a player-of-the-match performance earns 25 bonus points.

The ‘explosive differential’ archetype is a middle-order batsman or all-rounder who averages 30-40 runs but has a high ceiling (80-100 in good matches). The archetype is the right captain pick in mega contests.
